De Los Muertos (The Dead) is far from its namesake, and bursts at the seams with all the trials and emotions of life. This is a fantastic release from Jim that was recorded live at Infrasonic Studio in the afternoon of November 15th, 2012 with Eric Palmquist and his real-life Plate EMT Reverb. It’s an acoustic collection of old and new songs that are constantly being requested at live shows, and have been re-imagined and re-committed to poly-carbonate for this record. If you are familiar with any Cave Country and Madeline Flash recordings or performances you will not want to miss this, and if you are not; then welcome to the world of Jim Reynolds, it’s nice here, you’ll like it.
